Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
1 Lime
Salt & Pepper
1 Pound raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in large skillet
- Add garlic slices and sauté until just starting to brown
- Dump in raw shrimp and season with salt & pepper
- When shrimp is almost finished, squeeze lime juice all over
- Pour Good Life Naturals Salsa Roja over shrimp and sauté until mixed well and shrimp is cooked completely
- Serve tacos on warm corn tortillas with diced avocado, sour cream, and cilantro
