Yucatán Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
1 Lime
Salt & Pepper
1 Pound raw shrimp, peeled & deveined

 

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in large skillet
  2. Add garlic slices and sauté until just starting to brown
  3. Dump in raw shrimp and season with salt & pepper
  4. When shrimp is almost finished, squeeze lime juice all over
  5. Pour Good Life Naturals Salsa Roja over shrimp and sauté until mixed well and shrimp is cooked completely
  6. Serve tacos on warm corn tortillas with diced avocado, sour cream, and cilantro
